Customer Responsibility

Immediate Storage: Store items cold immediately upon delivery and contact us within 4 hours for any issues.
Storage and Preparation: We are not responsible for product storage or preparation after delivery.

Availability: We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to customer unavailability or refusal.
Frozen Products
Thawing: Some thawing may occur. If the seafood is below 40°F and feels cool, it can be refrozen. If over 40°F, refrigerate and use within 2 days.
Shipping
Expedited Shipping: All orders ship with 2-day expedited shipping. A tracking number will be provided.
Delivery Method: No signature required. Shipments are delivered without knocking or ringing doorbells.
Service Area: We ship to all 50 states but not to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
