Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. of thawed lobster meat
- 1 lb. baby potatoes
- 1 lb. corn on the cob, cut into pieces
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Step 1: Thaw the Lobster Meat
- If your lobster meat is frozen, thaw it in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.
Step 2: Prepare the Ingredients
- Wash the baby potatoes and cut the corn on the cob into pieces.
- Slice the smoked sausage and mince the garlic.
Step 3: Boil the Vegetables and Sausage
- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- Add the baby potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the corn, smoked sausage, and Old Bay seasoning. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4: Add the Lobster Meat
- Add the thawed lobster meat to the pot and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until everything is cooked through.
Step 5: Drain and Serve
- Drain the pot and transfer the lobster, vegetables, and sausage to a large serving dish.
- Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic and lemon slices.
- Serve immediately.
